SHIPPING

• Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling charges determined by Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca, which will be reflected on order acknowledgements and invoices.

• Complete shipping method instructions must be given with orders. A complete street address and phone number are required. SJPA cannot ship to post office boxes. SJPA ships via Federal Express exclusively.

• Upon receipt of CFA approval and payment in full, most orders ship the next business day.

• SJPA maintains a large quantity of fabrics in our warehouse available for immediate shipment.

• SJPA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipment once it has been delivered to the provided address.
