These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please note that after February 1st, 2026 SJPA will honor 2025 pricing on active quotes only.

1. Sales Policies

• All sales are final.
• Minimum order requirement: 2 yard per SKU, with half-yard increments
• A $35 cutting charge applies to orders under 2 yards.
• Reserves will be held for three weeks.

2. Cuttings for Approval (CFAs)

• CFAs are available per SKU for orders of 2 yards or more.
• CFAs sent via FedEx 2^nd Day Air may be expedited at client’s request and expense.

3. Order Acknowledgement

• Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an acknowledgement which should be reviewed immediately. It is the responsibility of the showroom to ensure that all information has been processed accurately.

4. Inspection & Returns

• All shipments must be inspected upon receipt for correct color, design, and yardage BEFORE CUTTING.
• No returns or claims will be accepted once the fabric has been cut.
• Any issues must be reported prior to cutting to be eligible for review.
• No fabric will be accepted for credit once it has undergone a special process such as backing or flame proofing.

5. Fabric Quality & Characteristics

• Prima Alpaca fabrics undergo a rigorous quality control process; all fabrics are inspected prior to shipment.
• Prima Alpaca is made from natural fibers – please be aware that there are natural characteristics that are not considered defects and in fact enhance the beauty of the fabric.

6. Upholstery & Backing

• Backing is recommended for most fabrics used for upholstery.
• Clients are responsible for arranging backing services independently.

7. Shipping & Handling

• Shipping and handling charges must be paid in full before an order is released for shipment.
• Standard and expedited options may vary based on destination and carrier availability.
• SJPA ships via Federal Express exclusively.
• SJPA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipment once it has been delivered to the provided address.

8. Cut Length Specifications

• For draperies and wall coverings, specific cut lengths must be provided at the time of order in case allowances need to be made.

9. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Verifying all order details before production.
• Inspecting goods before cutting.
• Arranging backing if needed.
• Providing accurate specifications for custom cuts or installations.
